Good cars & better people. I came in right before close on a Friday, I had been in a wreck the previous week and was beyond burnt out on car shopping. Chip was very patient and very helpful, I originally came looking for something else but I honestly would’ve bought a box with 4 wheels by that point, they got me into a very nice & reliable equinox for a great deal, it’s very clean & had low mileage. They’re very willing to work with you & your budget give them a chance! Very nice people.

I went in with the worst credit and a repo on my me. Chip and Tanner are the best people. They were knowledgeable, helpful and pulled off a miracle for me. Just got a new truck, Tanner worked his magic and got me the absolute best deal I could get. It took him some finesse but he was able to do it. Dealing with banks is definitely exhausting so I appreciate all the work he did. Chip was also great and very communicative and helped me a bunch! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I was actually looking for a lot down the street to look at a car I saw on marketplace. Chip kindly told me I was in the wrong spot after showing him a picture of the car we were looking for. He then mentioned they had just got a Lincoln in on trade for close to the price of the other vehicle I was looking at. I ask to see the Lincoln, test drive it and looked over it well, I was in love. I would recommend this dealership to my mother. They are very kind and helpful. Shout out to Chip and Tanner for helping us out today!!!!

First of all, I want to thank Chip and the staff at Columbus Auto Resale for the outstanding work performance to make my sale happen!!! I went in looking for a newer suv to replace the one I have. After working on my credit and trying to finally get a car on my own, yes I was very nervous that I would be turned down, they had all of my info and a few SUV’s picked out while they were waiting on me to get there (I did their financial thing online before I left the house). They let me test drive and I fell in love with one of the SUVs. As I came back from test driving they had all numbers figured out for each one so I just had to choose. I was in and out of the auto lot less than 2 hrs. As I was signing my papers, chip transferred my plates and all. I walked out with a high five and could not be happier with the staff and the way everything was handled. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Lots of laughs and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a newer vehicle especially for those who are still working on their credit issues. They will get it done for you!! Could not thank the staff enough for the smooth transaction of my suv purchase. 😊

I was able to get a car for my brother, and given thoughtful consideration and options in doing so, thanks to Chip. He really helped with the decision-making process and saw to it that my brother was able to leave the lot with a car he liked. He also gave a helping hand in the process of getting the car insured. Kelly also was a big help in getting the car financed and making it painless.
