My husband and I were searching for a red Chevy cargo van, we discovered one at Columbus Auto Resale. Made a phone call for a test drive. We walked into C.A.R with no expectations of leaving with a vehicle. We were just gonna test drive some and see what we liked. I was in an accident on Friday Feb 13th and my truck was totalled, that was the only car our family had so to say we needed one was an understatement. We walk onto the lot and out comes the friendliest funniest man named Chip. Chip was beyond helpful. Took my husband's ID and said which ones you wanna try? We drove several cars that day and fell completely in love with this Honda Odyssey. To say the staff at Columbus Auto Resales is helpful is an understatement. Chip and Tanner went Above and beyond this past Saturday! They worked with us to send us home that day with a safe reliable vehicle for my family and for that Thank you just doesn't seem sufficient! If you are looking for a used vehicle I'm telling you stop looking now this is the place. Do yourself a favor and ask for Chip but I'm not responsible for your belly hurting from all the laughing! Great buying experience with Izzy. She made it fun and led me to the perfect car for us. I bought a very high mile Honda Pilot. Have put 5k miles on it and aside from basic maintenance and just now getting an alternator on it she's been driving like a champ. The service department has been great too. Offer very reasonable pricing. While they were too busy to get me in for an alternator immediately their quoted price was far more reasonable than anywhere else. Hoping to get a lot more miles before I need another car but I definitely will be back!

Amazing service--they took care of me and were honest about my car situation! Bought a car from their Hilliard location. (I will do a separate review, they were great too). I had a dealer tell me I needed new brakes after a recall. Suspicious, I took it to Joe and Joey right after I bought it and they even took me into the shop to show me I had good pad life and that my rotors were solid. I was pleased to save $1,200-$2,300 and not get scammed by the stealership in Dublin! Grateful for Chip, Tyler, and Misty, of course. She was very helpful in ensuring my title was at the office--it had bounced back due to a USPS issue but she kept it for me and I was able to get it in person. Chip and Tyler were super-nice and helped me as well! Highly recommend either location. If you buy a car and there is an issue they will do what they can to help fix it for you right away--just be open, communicative and work with them!

I pulled up in front of the lot and was immediately greeted and welcomed by a friendly sales person. The car I came to look at was a phenomenal Ford focus and was exactly as it appeared online.
